A stunning architectural new build in Cheshire

Their client list is long and varied, and their work in the high end residential sector means they have experienced all forms of construction; from new builds and conversions, to complete renovations and extensions of listed houses in conservation areas.
Ash Tree House
The brief was to create a stunning architectural new build, including a large basement area which extended past the house footprint, multiple oak framed outbuildings. It also included extensive landscaping of the gardens and grounds, and a very high specification fit out, including a centralised plant room for all buildings in one of the outbuildings, ground source heating throughout, Photovoltaic system with battery storage, Crestron and Lutron technology throughout and rain water harvesting.
This was always going to be a challenging build, as ground and water levels meant the large basement was an engineering task in itself. Draining the land and installing hundreds of meters of walling, fencing and hedged boundaries was a major work package. Linking all three buildings to a centralised plant room for electricity, battery storage, water, renewables, heating, AV, security, and rainwater harvesting distribution resulted in extensive ducting and insulated pipework.
The client loves their home as it truly is a one-off build, like all of CRIA’s larger projects of this scale.
