Benriach Penicillin
DRINK SPEC
40ml Benriach The Original Ten, 25ml Lemon juice, 20ml Ginger juice/liqueur, 10ml Honey, 10ml Benriach The Smoky Ten
GARNISH - Lemon twist
ICE - Cubed
GLASSWARE - Rocks
METHOD
Fill a short/rocks glass with ice. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and shake until cold to touch. Strain into glass with ice and garnish with a twist of lemon.
The Classic Highball
DRINK SPEC
25ml/50ml Benriach The Original Ten, top/Mixer (Ginger Ale/Soda)
GARNISH - Orange wedge
ICE - Cubed
GLASSWARE - Highball
METHOD
Fill a tall glass with ice, add whisky and soda/ginger ale. Garnish with a wedge of orange.
Benriach Short & Spice
DRINK SPEC
50ml Benriach The Original Ten, 15ml Sugar syrup, 10ml Lemon juice, 1/4 Chopped habanero chilli splash of ginger ale
GARNISH - Sliced chilli and slapped mint sprig
ICE - Cubed
GLASSWARE - Rocks
METHOD
Muddle the chilli before adding and shaking all the ingredients (except ginger ale) with ice. Strain into an ice filled rocks glass and top with a splash of ginger ale.
Benriach Long & Spice
DRINK SPEC
50ml Benriach The Original Ten, 5ml Allspice liqueur, 5ml Lemon juice, 5ml Sugar syrup, 140ml Ginger beer
GARNISH - Lemon leaf, ginger spear and star anise
ICE - Cubed
GLASSWARE - Highball
METHOD
Build ingredients in the glass, topping with the soda. Stir gently to mix.
