Over 23 years ago my son had severe eczema and allergies. A year later my dad dropped dead of a heart attack at 57, I was then made redundant from a part-time job and my marriage was breaking down. With very low energy, high-stress levels and health issues I was inspired to make changes I thought would be impossible.
With the help of nutrition, natural health and stress management my life transformed.
Julie Silver is a qualified nutritional therapist, with extensive knowledge in the health and well-being field, working with a wide range of corporate clients and individuals. She has diplomas in nutrition, stress management and holistic therapies, with extensive professional experience in specialised areas of health and well being. She appears regularly in the press and on TV. Julie currently has a book out on Mindful Eating called Food Awakening – Nutrition For NOW!

Meet Medela UK’s Education Manager and in-house Lactation Consultant
Sioned Hilton worked as a registered general and paediatric nurse for many years while attaining further qualifications, which include specialist neonatal nursing, a BSc in Specialist Community Public Health Nursing and accreditation as a registered International Certified Lactation Consultant.
Sioned, Medela UK’s in-house Lactation Consultant is passionate about supporting breastfeeding mums, helping them to continue feeding for as long as they choose. Sioned runs a weekly drop-in-clinic and monthly Breastfeeding Café live on the Medela Facebook page to answer mums’ breastfeeding questions, as well as a monthly Pregnancy Hour to help mums-to-be prepare for their first breastfeeding journey.

In 2006 Elizabeth won Cheshire Business Women of the Year Award and was also recognised as tier one and a ‘Leading Individual’ in the Professional Directories, subsequently, in 2014, she chaired the Greater Manchester Collaborative Law Group, before establishing her own family law practice in 2015. Elizabeth, however, was keen to return to her roots back in Chester and recently joined Jolliffe & Co LLP as the head of their family law team.

Based in Ireland, BabyBoo has since its launch, providing a refreshing take on baby wear, and had already taken the industry by storm, with their purse-friendly products for little ones that are also kind to skin.
The inspiration behind BabyBoo was to create a brand unlike any other and since its launch - BabyBoo has created unique, fun clothing for kids with special attention to detail. With 5 kids between the founders - ranging from ages 4 to 13 - BabyBoo was a natural progression for Vicki (who specialised in digital product development & marketing) and Michelle (who has a background in HR and a degree in Business).
The mother brains behind the brand always expressed their need for functional and organic clothing that was also kind to baby’s skin and wanted to fill that missing link.
