How would you describe yourself ? Ambitious, energetic and driven. I am spontaneous with a genuine love for adventure.
Where is home? And work?
Home is work. Delamere! I grew up in Southport and went to university in Liverpool. I had a short time living in Manchester before I set my roots down in Cheshire.
What did you want to be when you were younger?
I always loved animals, so I wanted to be a vet! But I trained to become a lawyer, an interior designer, then a fitness instructor! I like to be continually learning, so there’s room for more yet.
Name a few of your favourite places to be...
I love travelling. Miami is my spiritual home. I also adored my travels to Cambodia, Vietnam and India. I’m always looking for new exciting places to try. I love to experience places as the locals would and have stayed with hill tribes in Vietnam and built huts with landmine victims in Cambodia.
What/who inspires you?
I have tremendous admiration for anyone who runs their own business no matter how big or small with the challenges it creates. I especially admire strong women filling these roles, particularly those with families too. I also gain great inspiration through my travelling experiences.
What was the last gift you gave someone?
I love giving gifts! I bought my nephew his first ever Everton shirt with his name on.
Tell us a secret/fun fact?
I have an HGV licence! I’ve spent years competing for horses up and down the country, so I needed it to drive my horse wagon.
Who or what would you put in Room 101?
Cigarettes! I hate everything about them.
What’s been your biggest life lesson?
Not to waste time worrying about the small things! Life has a way of sorting things out.
