Q&A with Wild Bramble Blooms

We speak to Zoe Hall & Sarah Harry, Founders of Wild Bramble Blooms & Wild Bramble Living

Tell us a bit more about yourselves…

We have a lot in common with similar interests and loves for flowers, interiors and business. As our friendship bloomed, so did our desire to start a business. So, in July 2019, we opened our beautiful little florist in Beeston, and within a year we decided to expand our business. With our love for homewares and interiors we decided to open Wild Bramble Living in July 2020, so that we had more space to showcase our lovely giftware and homewares.

We are both very creative people and love to create wild rustic floral designs for everyday joy, events and weddings bringing the beauty of the outside world in.

Sarah lives in Chester with her husband Ollie and three children. Zoe lives in Alpraham with her husband Matt and her two children. Family life keeps us busy too, however we love what we do and wouldn’t change it for the world!

Who are your greatest influences?

The natural world. We like our designs to look wild and natural like the flowers have just been picked from the countryside and we often add dried flowers to help give

this natural look. Plus, it’s very on-trend.

This goes for our Living shop too. We source many eco-friendly products as well as supporting small business such as Liga, East Of India, Choc Affair, Chilly Bottles and Chickidee. Our interior influence, we would say is Scandi and rustic.

What have been some of your best jobs/experiences at work and why?

We are very proud to have been asked to, and to have made a posy for Sophie, Her Royal Highness the Countess of Wessex when she visited Tarporley War Memorial Hospital last year.

Traditional vs contemporary style?

An eclectic mix of the both.

What would you consider your greatest achievement?

Opening a second shop within a year, has been a dream come true. We wouldn’t have been able to do this without our great team!

What would your superpower be?

To be able to be in two places at once! We love being in our shops to meet and greet our lovely customers,

however having the two shops means we can’t be in two places at once.

P.S.

Zoe: The Little Book of Hygge by Meik Wiking
