Make Christmas a Spellbinding Adventure this year at Blakemere Village.
This Christmas the team at Blakemere Village have pulled out all of the stops as their Christmas Woodland outdoor theatrical experience looks set to be magical and unforgettable for the whole family.
This festive treat is a real family adventure journeying through the woodlands of Cheshire to find Father Christmas with the help of his forest friends and even a chance to see the captivating Snow Princess and her much loved Unicorn, Snowflake.
This enchanting show is suitable for children of all ages with under-3s joining in the fun for free. With elves at the ready and woodland characters ready to greet visitors at every turn including Melody the Owl, Furball the Elf, Wiley the Fox, Jack Frost and a very busy Father Christmas in his sorting office, children will be truly mesmerised by their visit.
The event lasts up to 3 hours and includes a treasured gift from Father Christmas for each child. There will be a chance to take photographs with Father Christmas and his friends and an opportunity to decorate gingerbread men whilst enjoying festive treats and warm drinks in Mrs Claus’ kitchen. Families can also get their skates on and have some fun on the festive skating rink.
Christmas Woodland events will run from Saturday 8th December on weekends only with additional morning slots on Christmas Eve. The experience is pre-booked time-slots only so there won’t be any long queues and pricing starts at £19.95 plus booking fee per person.
Then on Friday 14th December Blakemere Village will host a deliciously festive ‘Banquet with Father Christmas from 4.30-6.30pm. On Saturday 15th and Sunday 16th December there will also be the chance to book a unique ‘Breakfast with Father Christmas’ experience. Families can take part in a magical breakfast time with Father Christmas and his Elf, and all three events include a meet and greet opportunity and an exclusive Storytime session with the big man in red.
During the Christmas period the much-loved shops of Blakemere Village will also be taking part in their ‘ADVENTure Trail’ where each shop will be beautifully decorated and a door will be unlocked during each day of advent, to include promotions and special offers available to customers completing the trail and deciphering the festive puzzle via the Facebook campaign.
