Over the last year, THG has continued to invest in improving the member experience, upgrading the facilities throughout; including the Restaurant and Bar areas, outdoor space and most recently, the changing facilities. 2019 will mark further investments in the Club with upgrades to the thermal suite and a new, stainless steel infinity pool.
When I arrived, the team were incredibly welcoming and sat me down to talk through the treatments on offer, and the benefits from each. I made my choices and went into the treatment room.
To start I had the back exfoliation as I was advised it was a good beginner before a massage to buff off any dead skin cells and exfoliate those hard to reach areas. It also preps your skin for the massage as your skin absorbs the oil.
For my “main event” I opted for a muscle-ease back massage. This is a condensed massage, targeting tension related headaches and neck strain. Entirely focused to your needs, it included effective stretching movements which loosen and restore suppleness and motion to tight limbs, stiff joints and knotted muscles.
To finish my treatments, I opted for the Elemis Hydra gel eye mask which helps soothe tired eyes and reduces the appearance of fine lines & wrinkles.
The whole experience was incredible, and I left feeling fresh, relaxed and rejuvenated.
